What to Expect at a Veterinary Appointment
1. Get Settled
As we Nebraskans know tractors and cattle drives can put us behind schedule. Please allow us a 10-15 minute buffer for all appointments.
2. Meet Your Veterinarian
Dr. Becker will meet with you in order to review your pet's medical history and discuss any health issues they may be experiencing. This is your chance to ask any questions you have too.
3. Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment
Once your pet has been assessed, we will provide you with a diagnosis and options for treatment.Our team will work with you to determine a treatment plan for your pet.

What types of payment options are available?
We accept all major credit cards and cash.
Are there payment plans available for my pet’s care?
Payments are due at the time of services. Let us know if you have further questions about options like Care Credit.
Will I be provided with an estimate of costs?
Estimates can be generated at any time for any of the services we offer.
Should I call ahead to book an appointment?
We have varying avalibility. We are typically booked one to two weeks out for general appointnemtns.
What is your appointment cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.
What types of animals do you treat?
We regularly treat dog, cats, exotics, and limited large animal.
Do you offer behavioral and nutrition consultation services?
Behavioral and nutritional health are both very important to us. These are topics we touch on with the majority of our patients.
Where can I purchase my pet's prescription and food?
We have a limited stock of foods and medications on board. Due to this we have a full service online store and pharmacy where you can find all of your pets essentials.
What are the fees associated with an emergency visit?
There may be additional fees that apply to emergencies. Please note, we do not offer after-hours emergency services due to limited staff and the lack of facilities for overnight hospitalization. Our team consists of two dedicated professionals, and we are unable to provide the necessary care for emergencies outside of our regular business hours. Thank you for understanding.
